Even training programs will yield poor results if completed with lack of instruction and effort, while the most basic programs will produce positive results with proper technique and maximum effort. By providing our athletes with the best possible training programs while educating and motivating them, we empower our athletes to push their own limits, get better everyday, and help them to not only push through barriers, but to break them down.

BA in Marketing from Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University

Trained under Michigan State University Head Strength and Conditioning Coach, Mike Vorkapich 2008-2010

3 sport athlete in high school (football, basketball, tennis...captain all three in senior year
