Basketball Specific Training
Personalized, one-on-one instruction is the secret to improved skills and increased confidence.
~ Improve overall athleticism through mastery of basketball specific movement mechanics with plyometric, speed, and agility drills.
~Learn rapid change of direction, and master your quickness on the court
~ Position specific drill work to improve all aspects of being a high-caliber basketball player; both offensively and defensively.
~ Improve upon testing techniques for a combine based setting; 40 yard dash, 5-10-5, L-Cone, Vertical, and Broad Jump will all be addressed and trained for accordingly.
~ 1-on-1 drills and will also be incorporated to spark the competitive nature of the game, and to create a basketball experience that is translatable to the upcoming season.
